We brought The2hourjob concept for professional woman to work from home, even when she cant go to the office. Maybe she had an accident , or husband got transferred to some lone destination, or she had an autistic child to look after , or got a husband “too loving” to let her work.

THE2HOURJOB is a platform that advances the cause of WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT by providing means for MOTHERS to BREAK THE BARRIERS. We help mothers HONE their SKILLS and pursue work from home WITHOUT GIVING UP BEING FULL-TIME MOTHERS. Through SKILLS and PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, LEADERSHIP, and ENTREPRENEURSHIP training, we CREATE JOBS and make PLACEMENTS for MOTHERS. We enable mothers to contribute to innovation and economic growth.
Our Mission
To live the life of a mother, countless women in our society let go of their career dreams, making their skills turn obsolete or unused. The most vibrant period of their lives, i.e., from the age of 20 to 40 years, is often spent taking care of household responsibilities and raising children. THE2HOURJOB endeavors to inspire such mothers to pursue a career alongside their motherhood by preparing and guiding them and by creating jobs suitable for their position. Turning women into breadwinners improves their status in society, builds their self-esteem, and enhances their dignity. We envision an inclusive society by ensuring women’s participation in economic growth.
Training
At the2hourjob, we empower women by offering comprehensive training in digital marketing, equipping them with the skills needed to excel in today’s digital landscape. Our tailored programs cover essential topics such as social media management, content creation, SEO, and data analytics, ensuring participants gain practical, in-demand expertise. Through hands-on workshops, mentorship, and real-world projects, we help women build confidence, achieve financial independence, and unlock new career opportunities, all while maintaining the flexibility to balance their personal and professional lives.
Skills Development
the2hourjob initiative results in several workshops being held. Within this particular instance, the workshops covered issues such as defining goals for students, the formation of their aim in life, the enhancement of their talents while they are still students, the allocation of time for employment, and some guidance on starting a start-up. In addition, it organised 15-day web-based graphic design course. Women of various ages from different regions of the country received the training. Among them were aspiring entrepreneurs, homemakers, postgraduate students, and even employed women. Their other workshops covered Facebook Page Boosting and content Writing.
